How to request a refund:
- Email aurelle.tt.shop@gmail.com within 60 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number and email used at checkout
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
What's covered:
- One refund per household under the 60-Day Guarantee
- Free bonus items (such as the digital ebook) are yours to keep regardless of refund status
What's not covered:
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago
- Damage caused by misuse not related to normal product function
- Shipping costs on the original order (if applicable)
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement — no return required.
